We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. We will accept prepaid orders paid by money order. Personal checks require time to clear before shipment. We no longer ship COD to businesses that are not already established with us. We do not ship COD to residential addresses. Orders will not be shipped to customers that have allowed their accounts to become 30 days past due.
We do ship to addresses outside of the USA and Canada.
We do not ship liquids (dyes, thinners, cleaners, conditioners, oils, etc.) of any kind internationally.
Minimum retail purchase for shipment is $15.00. We offer volume discounts on many of the items we sell.
To qualify for wholesale prices you must have a state sales tax number, a resellers or manufacturers certificate on file with ZWL. Wholesale prices will be sent to qualified vendors only. Minimum wholesale purchase is $25.00.
Store credit will be given for all returns... no cash refunds. No returns accepted after 30 days. All returns must have a return authorization number. All sized belts are custom sized per order and are non-returnable for exchanges or refunds. Ranger belts are an exception to this policy. We charge a base 15% restocking charge ($5.00 minimum) on returns (except strips) unless it is our error or the item is defective. Strips of leather are cut to order. The restocking charge on all strips is 25% ($5.00 minimum). We will not accept returns for leather that has been cut or damaged, videos or patterns, or any item that we determine has been opened or used. Freight is not refundable unless it is our error.
We must collect NC Sales Tax for residents of North Carolina unless you are a registered merchant and furnish us with a Certificate of Resale, however this will not exempt you from a Use Tax on items not for resale. Out of State Customers are not subject to NC Sales Tax.
As of 10/2014 we no long ship fluids of any kind (dyes, cleaners, conditioners, oils, solvents, etc.) internationally.
Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 10 days depending on stock availability and the volume of orders we receive at any given time. During times of heavy order volume this time frame may be exceeded. Most orders usually will ship within 24-48 hours of being received. All shipments are by UPS or USPS with a delivery confirmation. Shipping is charged at the actual rate charged to us by the carrier. All shipments are charged a Handling charge of $3.50 per package. Rolls of leather are charged a Handling charge of $4.00 per package. UPS Hazardous charge of $28.00 per package applies to all FL Items in gallons only. UPS COD charges are $9.00 per package.
Rates are subject to change if there is a rate increase by the carrier. When ordering a mix of leather sides and dyes and hardware there might be an up charge for shipping as some products cannot be sent with rolls of leather due to the leather being damaged. We do our best to keep costs down with shipments but we will not compromise the possibility of damaging leather. At the present time there is no way to calculate this on our website and has to be done in store.
